Digi Downloads Help

Although you are purchasing a digital file you will currently need to select a country for "postage" during the checkout process.....you will not be charged for postage.

The link to your digital download file will be in your Confirmation of Purchase email.

You can either click on the download link OR copy the link location and paste it into your browser bar.

SAVE the file on your computer. Depending on your browser and settings you will either have the choice of where to save the file, or if you are using Firefox it may automatically save the file in your Downloads area.

Your downloaded file will either be a JPG, a PDF, or a *ZIP (compressed) file depending on the size of the download. 

Our automated system is set to allow you to download your file once - and the download link will expire after 24 hours.

If you experience problems during your download please contact us with your order number.

Please respect Copyright. Any digital files puchased from Busy Lizzie Crafts are for your personal use only, they are not to be re-sold either as digital files. prints, or made up into kits.

*To  extract files from a ZIP file:
In folder view (eg using My Computer) click once on the download ZIP (compressed) file and then select Extract All and follow the instructions. You will then be able to open and print your downloaded PDF file(s).

You will need Adobe Reader on your computer to view and print a PDF file - you can download it for FREE from here
