OSTAL INSURANCE
If you wish your parcel to be insured for loss damage whilst in the postal system please purchase the appropriate insurance before completing the checkout process.

Items being sent to South Africa will automatically be sent via International Signed For Delivery - please ensure that the address you provide will accept this type of mail.
VATBusy Lizzie Crafts are not registered for VAT - we are therefore unable to refund or discount our prices by the current VAT amount for overseas customers.
PAYMENTPayment can be made securely on-line using Mastercard / Visa / American Express and all major UK debit cards. We do not see the details of your credit/debit card - the transaction is handled securely via Protx & Streamline.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
At Busy Lizzie Crafts our postage & packing fees are based on the weight of your purchase plus a small fee to cover the packaging and handling. You will be able to see the cost of Postage & Packing BEFORE you complete the checkout process.
Items in stock are usually despatched within two working days of receipt of your payment. (Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.)
If an item is not in stock we are usually able to obtain the item and despatch to you within 5-10 working days. If we are unable to despatch an item within 15 working days we will happily cancel your order and refund your payment if you prefer not to wait. We support some of the smaller UK manufacturers so please be aware that there may be slight delays during holiday seasons.
If you wish to see how your purchase is progressing between us receiving your payment and actually despatching your purchase to you simply log into your account at Busy Lizzie Crafts - we use this facility to keep you informed at all stages. You will not be able to track the progress of your item once we have handed the parcel over to Royal Mail.
UK addresses - your parcel will usually be sent via 1st class Royal Mail. If you wish your parcel to be sent via Record Delivery, or Special Delivery Next Day, you can purchase this

Overseas addresses - your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. If you wish your parcel to be insured against loss/damage while in the postal system you can purchase International Signed For delivery

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
We will attach a Customs Declaration form to the front of your parcel clearly indicating the contents and value. You will be responsible for any customs/import duties appropriate to the country of import.
RETURNS POLICY
You have a 7 day cooling-off period which starts when you receive the goods to
cancel all or part of your purchase. Should you decide you do not wish to
purchase the items they must be returned to us unused, unopened, and in their
original packaging within that period. Please contact us for a returns number
before returning the items. We will refund the cost of the item(s) returned and
the P&P element of your original purchase when they are received by us. You will
be responsible for the cost of return postage. Should the goods not be received
in the same condition as they were sent to you we reserve the right to charge an
appropriate fee.
If your goods are faulty or not as described we will replace (wherever possible) or refund the purchase price (including postage) if the goods are returned to us in original unopened condition within 14 days of receipt, together with your invoice. Should the goods not be received in the same condition as they were sent to you we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee.
If you wish to return your goods for any other reason we will refund the purchase price (excluding postage) if the goods are returned to us in original unopened condition within 14 days of receipt, together with your invoice. Please contact us before returning items. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery when returning items as we are unable to refund monies if items are not safely received by us.

If you are returning goods from overseas you must clearly mark the package "Returned goods of UK origin" to enable UK Customs clearance. If you do not do this and Customs charge duty on the return we will reject the package and it will be returned to you at your expense.
